Meet the Board

Born and raised in the Centennial State, Fred Wallace is a Colorado native. Fred had a dream and envisioned creating a youth based nonprofit organization to help fill a need for young adults to grow and build a sense of purpose and community. Fred’s extensive background in most phases of construction and carpentry extends past plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing; and has found a new purpose in sharing those skills with our youth.

As a young child Fred felt suppressed by challenges with stuttering and learning slower than others. This manifested as he grew up in other forms. As a young adult, Fred battled with some mental health challenges including anger, depression, and a lack of self-esteem; and has over the years learned to realign his mindset to inspire purpose and a newfound excitement for life.

The Toolbox is that vision! We are excited for the opportunity to reach as many struggling young men and help them discover their self-worth while teaching them useful skills for success in their everyday lives!

Fred is a father, husband, and a lifelong camping and fishing outdoorsman. Growing up, Fred played many sports and brings his competitive nature to a fun environment for his students.

Priscilla is a Texas resident, born and raised, but frequents Colorado as her second home. She and Fred met through a personal development workshop and sparked an incredible friendship while improving themselves. Priscilla heard Fred’s vision as the two sat one morning sharing coffee and ideas over her kitchen island. As a core teammate and believer of this cause, she has been instrumental in getting a foundation established to offer the local community an exciting new program for our youth and future leaders. Her passion and enthusiasm from believing in this vision has finally come to life and she’s so excited to welcome each student to become the best version of themselves.

With over 12 years of professional IT experience, she has a wealth of corporate knowledge and loves learning about the nonprofit world. She is most excited about giving back and paying forward all the blessing bestowed upon her, from personal success to influencing and being a powerful force for good.

She’s a mother, wife and music lover who attends as many concerts as possible. Her spare time is consumed with reading, gardening, and making memories with friends and family.
